| The Starlight studio is available for hire 3 days per week. Terms and conditions of studio hire: The rate for the hire of the studio is £15 per hour (plus a percentage of royalties if producer builds beat or assists with song writing) as detailed below. The working hours of the studio are Fridays – Sundays 10:00 am – 9:00pm Included in the above rate, is use of all studio equipment, instruments and software on the machines. This rate excludes an engineer / producer The hourly rate inclusive of the use of the engineer / producer is £20 per hour and as detailed below: If the artist’s track is already written, and it requires only to be recorded, programmed sequenced, produced etc. then this is covered in the hourly studio hire rate. If the Producer is required to assist significantly in the actual writing of the track, whereby the Producer becomes a co-writer, then on top of the daily studio fee, royalties on the (published) track will be distributed as negotiated and agreed:
