The multi-media photographic project allows students interested in photography and music, to research their musical culture and display their findings using technologically advanced presentation methods. Tutors create a stimulating learning environment; make learning fun and experiential in the use of photography, film and projections towards an exhibition. The completed exhibition will be shown during & proceeding Black History Month. Session 1An introduction to the Photoshop Environment & Using graphic effects Session 2Taking the picture: a look at the technology and terminology. Session 3To work in pairs to take pictures, import them into a photo-editing application like PhotoShop, and produce edited work Session 4Masking and Blending Session 5Transferring the picture to computer as digital files & Storing the picture on removable media, CDs, memory sticks. Session 6 - 7Preparing and editing digital video for presentations Session 8Editing: arranging the video material as desired by re-ordering scenes, discarding unwanted footage, adding visuals such as titles, transitions and sound effects or background music Session 9Exporting: saving complete projects to computer for e-mail attachment or video streaming Session 10 - 11Video Capture and Editing Workshop Session 12Preparing and editing digital video for presentations Do you have a question about this course? |
