A series of planned trips and events to develop people skills and team building capabilities. Workshops and showcases and concerts. These trips will be organised by volunteers and the young people themselves, with input by professionals for Monitoring of planning sessions. There will be set analysing assignments for completion for each trip for all students to complete with group discussions.
