J Passion is 19 years old and a musician who has been writing positive lyrics since the age of 13. He also started producing music for himself and friends at the age of 15.

J passion is really passionate about making good music for people to enjoy and appreciate. He ventured onto the open mic scene in 2006 when he was 16. Ever since his arrival onto London’s underground open Mic circuit he has hosted his own internet radio show on playvybz.com. He has also performed alongside artist like Omar, Bashy, Ghetto, Chipmunk, Nathan, Young mo, Yolanda Brown, Asher D, Kelly le Rock, Four Kornerz and other mainstream artist.

He has won competitions like “who’s got the Mic” and was the runner up in testing 123 and a competition called “Star Search” sponsored by the South London Press.

J has featured on two compilation albums and the two singles are available to purchase on iTunes separate. The names of the two songs are called “A Letter to My Father” and “In God’s Hands”. J Passion is currently working on releasing his first solo album. J produces and records music with his close friends at Starlight Music Academy.

J's favourite food is Caribbean food and African food because he descends from Sierra Leone and Jamaican parents who cook all of the traditional dishes.

J Passion is a thoughtful and kind person who disagrees with gang warfare and drug abuse. J Passion believes in God, Jesus Christ, Peace, Love and Harmony. His debut album will be released spring 2010.
